Sergio Aguirre Poloche founded HCS Consultancy Services LLC with a clear vision: transforming complex challenges into opportunities for success. His extensive academic achievements and hands-on experience shape the foundation of his leadership and strategic insight.
Sergio's academic journey reflects his commitment to understanding law, technology, and business operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with concentrations in Public Law and Geography from Old Dominion University. He further pursued legal studies at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, completed a Juris Master in National Security, Cybersecurity, and Information Privacy from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, and further strengthened his education with a Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
This combination of legal, policy, techonology and business education positions Sergio as a versatile leader capable of navigating complex intersections accros AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, IT, and business strategu management.
From his early role as a Victim and Witness Specialist at the Norfolk Prosecutor's Office to leading strategic projects in the corporate sector, Sergio’s career has been defined by his dedication to delivering impactful solutions. His experience also includes playing a key role in the reunification of migrant children with their families in the United States and volunteering with The Border Project, where he worked alongside attorneys to support individuals in detention seeking political asylum.
Sergio is deeply committed to serving his community. He has worked with migrant families, volunteered with organizations like The Border Project, and served as a speaker for the Hispanic Community Police Academy. Additionally, he is proud to have contributed as a member of the Virginia Latino Advisory Board, where he provided insights to shape policies and initiatives that impact the Latino community in Virginia.
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of HCS Consultancy, Sergio is driven by a mission to make professional services accessible and effective for all communities. Fluent in English and Spanish, he brings more than just language translation—he bridges cultural gaps to ensure clients receive personalized and impactful support.
